The special Leap Year edition of one of New Mexico’s favorite events is coming to Sandia Resort & Casino February 28 though March 1. With more than 170 exhibitors offering 1,000 + hot and spicy products for tasting and purchase, chileheads are bound to find many things to their taste at the National Fiery Foods & BBQ Show. Join us at the 31st National Fiery Foods & BBQ Show, March 1-3, 2019. There’s no better place to satisfy your craving for flavor and fire. You can sample everything from blazing BBQ to superhot salsa to mild and savory marinades and rubs, even sweet heat desserts! Wander from booth to booth tasting, enjoying the fun energy, talking with exhibitors, and hobnobbing with fellow chileheads.

KOB Web Staff March 01, 2019 12:25 PM. ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. The Fiery Food Show is kicking off at Sandia Resort and Casino Friday.

Ticket prices will be $10.50 for advance purchases (January 4th through February 22, 2019).
Ticket prices will then be $15.50 from February 23, 2019 through the day of the show.

Children’s tickets for children ages 11-18 may not be purchased in advance and are only available at the door on Show days for $5.00.
Children 10 and under are free.
